General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and ck4449 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ck4449.net. By accessing any part of the ck4449 platform, creating a member account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.

Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation, dispute, and enforcement. ck4449 operates its platform, support services, and all official communications in English for its Bangladesh member base.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired by the severance of the invalid provision.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of services offered by ck4449 — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, fishing games, and promotional offers — you must register a member account. Registration is free and available to eligible individuals residing in Bangladesh.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and maintain a ck4449 account only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent) and you are registering the account for your own personal use.

One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one ck4449 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ck4449 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed through those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a full review.

Account Verification

ck4449 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all member accounts as part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, when bonus funds are claimed, or when account activity triggers a security review. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identity documents, or a payment method that does not belong to you — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance that was obtained through deceptive means.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck4449 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Deposit Conditions

All deposits made to your ck4449 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to a person other than the registered ck4449 member — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed. Withdrawal Conditions

All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

Welcome Bonus

New ck4449 members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible to claim a 200% match bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only. To claim the welcome bonus, members must opt in via the method indicated on the promotion page at the time of their first deposit. Deposits made without opting into the bonus promotion are not eligible for retroactive bonus credit.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse & Exploitation

Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across accounts, or withdrawing deposits after receiving bonus credit without completing genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ck4449 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the involved accounts.

Promotion Expiry

All bonuses and promotional credits have an expiry period, which is stated on the individual promotion page. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. ck4449 is under no obligation to remind members of approaching bonus expiry deadlines.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a ck4449 member, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and the terms set out in this Agreement. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all members at all times.

Member Obligations

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify ck4449 immediately of any suspected unauthorised account access.
• Ensure that all payment methods linked to your account are registered in your own legal name.
• Provide truthful and complete information in all interactions with ck4449 support staff.
• Comply with all verification requests made by ck4449 within the specified response timeframes.
• Play responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account settings if you feel your gambling habits require management.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck4449 platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where a breach is confirmed:

• Registering or operating more than one ck4449 account under any identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the ck4449 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to extract funds from the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sports outcomes for betting advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws through the ck4449 cashier.

Age Verification

Where a member is unable to confirm that they are 18 or older, their account will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with ck4449's underage gambling policy, which may include forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings and return of verified deposit amounts via the original payment method.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased during the active period.

Account Suspension & Closure

ck4449 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution related to the account or its associated transactions.
• The account being identified as a duplicate of another existing or previously closed account.
• A member's request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted through support channels.
• Extended account inactivity — defined as a period of 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity. Members will be notified before inactivity closure is applied.
• Identification of underage gambling or confirmed false identity registration.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any ck4449 member may request the permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, ck4449 will process the closure within one business day. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements being satisfied.

Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

Where an account is closed (whether voluntarily or by ck4449) while sports bets remain active and unsettled, those bets will be settled at the applicable odds on conclusion of the relevant events. Winnings from such bets will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms or, in the case of disciplinary closure, held pending the outcome of any investigation.

Limitation of Liability

ck4449 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all services at all times. Planned maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages, or network disruptions affecting Bangladesh telecommunications providers may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

No Warranty

ck4449 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of any odds or pricing data, or the continued availability of any specific game title or sports market. Game providers may discontinue specific titles without notice. Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided where circumstances — including match abandonment, rule violations, or data feed errors — make settlement impossible or unreliable.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ck4449's aggregate liability to any individual member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their ck4449 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ck4449 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any settled bet, game outcome, bonus calculation, or account decision, members should contact the ck4449 support team in the first instance. The support team will review all relevant transaction records and provide a written response within 5 business days. ck4449's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes — where those outcomes are generated by independently certified RNG systems — shall be final.
